Source: Promsvyazbank to offer 10 bln rbl bonds until September 15

MOSCOW, Aug 30 (PRIME) -- Promsvyazbank plans to offer at least 10 billion rubles of 3-year exchange bonds until September 15, a financial source told PRIME on Monday.

The yield guidance was set at no higher than 145 basis points to 3-year OFZ bonds.

The issue carries semiannual coupons.

BCS Global Markets, Gazprombank, Bank Zenit, Promsvyazbank, brokerage company Region and Russian Agricultural Bank are the organizers.
